PRESIDENT'S MESSAGE

Clients, associates, colleagues, and friends:

I founded JMW Associates because I like helping client organizations succeed.  I know from experience that organizations face real challenges, and sometimes they need outside help to overcome those challenges.  That's what JMW Associates is here to do:  help clients overcome challenges.  

Companies and agencies struggle all the time with human resource management (HRM) problems.  Some of these problems can threaten an organization's viability if left unsolved.  In other cases, organizations are already performing well, but need to refine and improve their HRM efforts in order to make a good situation even better.  Regardless, managing people for maximum productivity, learning, creativity, and retention is hard work.  This challenge to manage the human aspect of the organization is what we at JMW Associates are committed to addressing in partnership with our clients.

When clients retain the services of JMW Associates, they have my personal guarantee of client-focused responsiveness to their needs.  Being responsive to clients' needs includes being able to bring expertise to bear on their organizational problems in a customized way, with all due speed, creativity, and accuracy.  Also, being responsive to clients' needs and respectful of the partnership we want to have with them means conducting ourselves ethically at all times.  We will focus not only on delivering results, but on delivering them in an ethical manner that reflects well on us and our clients.  These are the things I guarantee in all dealings with my business.  We will hold ourselves accountable to clients for our responsiveness, expertise, and ethics.
