PAYROLL SERVICE EMPLOYEE MASTER FORM

JMW Associates has provided its payroll service clients with an online version of the Employee Master Form.  Clients should use this form to report new hires, terminations, layoffs, and any other changes affecting employee payroll (e.g., pay rate changes, tax withholding changes, etc.).
